These classes are mainly aimed at those who, as years go by, can benefit from slower classes with smoother transitions, considering some limitations that naturally arise with older age. These will be 45-minute classes, which aim to offer a gain in body awareness and greater familiarity with our breathing. Gradual progress will be encouraged, at each person's own pace, benefiting from the use of support materials provided by the studio.
What you can improve with regular practice:
Yoga is for everyone and the benefits of a simple but regular practice are countless. |
from the body to meditative silenceMeditation, Dhyāna, is one of the eight branches of Yoga according to the teachings of Patañjali. It is through meditation that individuals achieve peace, rediscover their greater Self and remain in their nature of fulfilment.
But to meditate, it is necessary to have a prepared, calm and receptive mind. Āsanas (postures) and prāṇāyāma (breath expansion) are important tools of Yoga that help prepare the mind for meditation and, through it, establish a deep connection with inner silence. These classes integrate the practice of Vinyāsa so that the body remains stable and comfortable during meditation, and address different techniques so that, progressively and gradually, the students develop and deepen their meditative practice. From people who are curious about meditation and its benefits but are not sure this practice is for them, to practitioners who feel drawn to dive deeper into meditation but find it difficult to establish a meditative practice, these classes are open to everyone. 👉 FROM 15TH NOVEMBER
👉 OPEN/FREE CLASS 15TH DE NOVEMBER AT 11 AM!
