The basic principle of sound healing has to do with the concept of resonance. If we are not in resonance with some part of ourselves or our surroundings, we become dissonant. Our natural frequency becomes disharmonious, creating illness!

The more able we are to resonate, the more able we are to vibrate, the healthier we are.

This experience (sound healing) promotes alignment and energy flow, a state of deep relaxation, the release of bodily tensions, a calming of the mind, greater personal and multidimensional awareness, improved sleep patterns, expansion of neurotransmitters, creative power and strengthens the immune system.​

Aerial restaurative teacher training

This course was designed to experience, learn  how to use the silk for a Restorative / Yin practice . This training is a transformative journey where the mind-body connection is restored in a safe and supportive environment.

Throughout this course, we will dive into the foundations of Aerial Restorative Yoga, utilizing aerial hammocks to support poses that relieve tension, promote alignment, and restore vital energy. You will also explore functional anatomy, teaching techniques, and how to adapt practices for various levels, ensuring you can guide your students with confidence and compassion.

Our goal is to empower students and Teachers to not only master the techniques but also to deeply understand the therapeutic impact of this practice, contributing to the physical, mental, and emotional health of their students.

This course is designed for Yoga teachers and for Students who would like to learn and expand their knowledge and practice / teach Aerial Vinyasa Yoga.

Aerial Vinyasa Yoga with elements its a training that combines Yoga, Vinyasa, Conscious Movement, Dance, Movement in Water and Restorative practices.

The Elements also will guide the practice: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit.

We recall that what’s exists in the macro also exists in the micro.

What makes Nature also exists in our body. We are Nature.

The presence of the elements helps us to connect in a deeper, more conscious and therapeutic way.

Practicing with the silk consciously, together with breathing helps to create space in the body, to relax deeply, to activate many parts of the body, to play, to dance, to face fears, to find our movement and feel.

This training is a fusion between the Body, the Breath, the Movement, the Elements and the Silk.
